Charles started playing for the Coventry Blaze Academy u10s. He played all of his junior career with the Blaze. He then started playing with the NIHL Blaze three years ago whilst playing for the Blaze Academy u18s. Charles has now moved to playing full time with the NIHL Blaze since last season, currently on a 2-Way with NIHL1 South side MK Thunder.
