Sean Alderson has both previous playing experience and a wealth of coaching experience. Alderson's final season was with the Newcastle Vipers in 2008 before moving onto coaching.
He has coached within the Great Britain Women's Program since 2011 where he also coached the Nottingham U18 Leopards. Alderson was to move to coach in the Coventry Junior System with the U18's and U20's before moving to coach the NIHL Blaze for the 2017/18 season.
Alderson has coached at women's international level, conference level, junior level and now at senior men's level.
Alderson has plenty of career highlights which include, GB Womens Silver Medal in 2012, GB Womens Bronze Medal in 2013, Winning the English U20 Championship with Coventry in 2017, GB Senior Womens Gold Medal in Division 2A in 2022 and a second GB Womens Silver Medal in 2024.
