As we head into the new year, it is not just league games we have confirmed, we also have the NIHL2 Laidler Cup where we have qualified for the semi-finals. And it has now been confirmed that we will take on the Sutton Sting in those semi-finals.

It will be an aggregate scoring, two legged affair with each team playing one home game over a weekend. The fixtures are:

Saturday 27th January 2024

NIHL Blaze v Sting - 18:30 Faceoff - Skydome Arena Coventry

Sunday 28th January 2024

Sting v NIHL Blaze - 19:30 Faceoff - Bauer Arena, iceSheffield

The winner over the two games will then go on to face the other finalist in an two leg final. The other semi final is currently the Telford Tigers versus an unknown opponent. Billingham, Sheffield and Altrincham will fight for that last spot.
