IDP Coventry NIHL Blaze are pleased to announce the signing of 23-year-old forward, Dylan Harris, for the 2024/25 season.

Harris, a product of the Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey Academy, returns to the club having spent the last 4 years studying at Lancaster University.

Before going off to University, Harris registered 46 points (24 goals, 22 assists) and 20 penalty-minutes in 47 appearances for the U20 as well as 1 assist in 7 appearances for the NIHL Blaze.

On signing for the NIHL Blaze Harris said…

“I am looking forward to joining the team, they had great success last season and hopefully we can make further improvements.”

“It will also be great to be back playing with some familiar faces.”

NIHL Blaze Head Coach, Sean Alderson said…

“Having worked with Dylan for five seasons prior to him going off to university I am pleased to be able to bring him back to the club, he’s an intelligent player who has always bought into everything asked of him.”

“Having played with most of the guys before that will also allow him to settle in quicker.”
