The IDP Coventry NIHL Blaze are delighted to announce the signing of 25-year-old forward, Kyle Nash, for the 2024/25 season.

Nash, who has missed the last two seasons through injury, returns to the NIHL Blaze after a short spell with NIHL South 2 side, Haringey Huskies during the 2021/22 season in which he registered 5 points (1 goal, 4 assists), and 2 penalty-minutes in 15 appearances.

During his previous spell (2017-2019) with the NIHL Blaze, Nash registered 53 points (28 goals, 25 assists), and 6 penalty-minutes in 35 appearances.

On signing for the NIHL Blaze Nash said…

“As a player, being in the stands knowing you can’t do anything to help your team has to be one of the worst and helpless feelings and after two seasons of being in those stands I am itching to get back out on the ice and do what I can to help the team.”

“There is no doubt in my mind that with the team we have we will be pushing for an even better season than last year, not to mention looking to bring some silverware back to the Skydome.”
